Apply one coat of Horse Power Nail Rescue Basecoat to clean and dry nails. Let dry completely. Follow with your favourite Patent Shine 10X Nail Lacquer (not included). Apply one coat of Hardwear Shine UV Topcoat over your favorite butter LONDON Patent Shine 10X Nail Lacquer for an ultra-glossy finish. Let dry. Pro Tip: Pair with our P.D. Quick Dry Conditioning Drops to help reduce dry time for a quicker manicure. Wait 2-5 minutes for P.D. Quick Dry Conditioning Drops to dry before rubbing any remaining oil onto the cuticles for added moisture.
